Terms and Conditions
1. Minimum Order Quantity
a FCL or both 1x20’ GP and 1x40’ GP, or LCL of more than $10,000 value.
2. Price Terms
the prices we quote are FOB Shanghai, China unit prices in USD. and we also quote DDP prices to deliver the cargo to your destination upon request.
3. Payment Terms
i. 30% down payment with the order, 70% balance payment upon copy BoL after shipping.
ii. L/C at sight.
iii. special terms are negotiable.
4. Drawings and Prototype
i. your engineering drawings for prototyping is very welcomed, but we do not provide our engineering drawings to the customers.
ii. we will start prototype after receiving the sample PO and sample cost, the sample cost will be a credit is a production PO is received in the future.
iii. metal/ plastic tooling cost will need to be 100% paid before prototyping.
5. Production Lead time
i. metal tooling lead time is usually 5 - 12 days.
ii. injection molded plastic tooling is usually 15 - 25 days.
iii. vacuum forming tooling is usually 12 - 20 days.
iv. metal display production lead time is usually within 30 days.
v. wood display production lead time is usually 30 - 35 days, display with painted wood items is usually within 40 days.
vi. the graphics usually take 10 - 15 days to produce.
vii. for more complicated displays with multi- material and more assembly, it usually takes one more week to assemble and packing.
6. Shipping Methods
i. we usually ship FOB Shanghai port.
ii. we also ship air via Fedex, DHL, TNT, freight estimates are available once shipping measurement is ready.
iii. we can quote DDP prices to deliver to your destination upon request.
7. Return & Refund Policy
i. no returns will be accepted without written approval of Orange Display Co., Ltd. all returns must be made within 30 days after receiving the goods and ship back at the customer’s expenses.ii. Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be noted on receipt at the time of delivery. We will extend every courtesy in assisting to resolve a claim. However, our legal responsibility ends when the goods have been transferred to the customer’s carrier or agent. Claims for concealed damage or shortages must be reported to us within five days of receipt of goods. Please do not refuse shipments. Any discrepancies will be rectified by immediately calling our Customer Service Department.
